1. How the guarantee works
- The guarantee applies to your purchase of any paid plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime).
- To qualify, email us within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
- You don't need to give a reason — just ask, and we'll process the refund.
2. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Please include your registered email and, if available, your payment/transaction ID so we can locate your order quickly.
3. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay.
- We typically initiate the refund within 2 business days of approval.
- Once initiated, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel a recurring (monthly or yearly) plan at any time to stop future renewals. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund outside the 7-day window described above.
5. After the 7-day window
Beyond 7 days, payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or in cases of a confirmed billing error or duplicate charge. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
