These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Follow My Site (the "Service"), including our website, digital business card builder, and related features. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Follow My Site lets you create, host, and share digital business cards and related profiles that can be accessed by link, QR code, or NFC. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Plans, billing & payments
- Paid plans (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) are billed through our payment processor, Razorpay. Prices are shown at checkout and may be charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Recurring plans renew automatically for the chosen period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post or share content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful;
- Impersonate any person or business or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (text, images, logos, links). You grant Follow My Site a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Follow My Site and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Razorpay (payments), hosting providers, and analytics/advertising tools (including Meta). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties' terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific business result. See our Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Follow My Site and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
