Shipping and Delivery Policy

Follow My Site is a digital business card platform operated by Tirgiji Tech Solutions Private Limited. This policy explains how our plans are delivered and how optional NFC cards are shipped.

1. Digital plans (Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime)

Our plans are digital services. Nothing is shipped when you buy a plan.

Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment through Razorpay succeeds, your account is created automatically and your login details are emailed to the address you used at checkout.
You can start straight away. Log in, choose a template and publish your card; it is live as soon as you save it.
No shipping charges apply to any plan.

2. If you do not receive your login email

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders for an email from Follow My Site.
Make sure you are checking the email address you entered at checkout.
If it is still missing, email [email protected] with your payment or transaction ID and we will send your login details again.

3. NFC cards (optional add-on)

A Follow My Site NFC card is an optional physical product priced at ₹2,000. You do not need one: your digital card can be shared by link and QR code, and any NFC card you already own can be programmed with your card link.

Delivery time: NFC cards are delivered within 15 days of your order.
